Head through the arch and turn right to find a zombie guarding a Large Soul. Drop down at the top of the stairs to surprise the enemy below, and watch out for the cages full of corpses as several of them will move to attack. Carry on to the end to pillage the corpse, then backtrack a few feet and take the narrow archway to your left.
